How did prophet muhammad meditate

Mindful Muslimah:

A Muslim Woman's Guide to Meditation and Spirituality

The ˹true˺ servants of the Most Compassionate are those who walk on the earth humbly, and when the foolish address them ˹improperly˺, they only respond with peace. ˹They are˺ those who spend ˹a good portion of˺ the night, prostrating themselves and standing before their Lord. They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Keep the punishment of Hell away from us, for its punishment is indeed unrelenting [Quran 25:63-66].

Put your trust in the Almighty, Most Merciful, Who sees you when you rise ˹for prayer at night˺, as well as your movements ˹in prayer˺ along with ˹fellow˺ worshippers. He ˹alone˺ is indeed the All-Hearing, All-Knowing. [Quran 26: 217-220]

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) advocated the practice of dhikr, urging his followers to engage in constant remembrance of Allah. His teachings encouraged reflective moments, prompting believers to contemplate the signs of Allah's creation and fostering gratitude.  Muslims believe that spiritual upliftment is achieved through worshipping Allah in the manner demonstrated by the prophets. The Prophet's example serves as a guiding light for those seeking spiritual growth through dedicated worship, reflection, and gratitude.
